The Economic Housing Forecast Educational Conference & Expo is an event featuring educational seminars in several different tracks and a housing forecast for the upcoming year.

The Economic Forecast will be a luncheon hosted in the Grand Ballroom. There will also be Vendor Tabletops in the Grand Ballroom to visit throughout the day.

Can non-members attend?

Yes. You are not required to be a member to attend.

Am I required to stay all day?

You do not need to stay for the entire day - but the ticket price is $99 regardless of how long you are present.

Can other staff members from my company attend?

Yes, all employees and staff are welcome. Educational seminars are directed at many different facets of business and will relate to different departments or employees.

Can I update my registration information?

Please email sfrench@hbacleveland.com if anything should change with your registration information - there will be a Registration Table and Nametags for the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No - you do not have to bring your printed ticket - but you must be sure to update Stephanie French (sfrench@hbacleveland.com) at the HBA of Greater Cleveland with the names of your attendees for nametag and attendance purposes.

What is the refund policy?

There will be no refunds. You are able to replace an attendee with a different person, but there will not be refunds issued.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Please notify Stephanie French (sfrench@hbacleveland.com) if you will be replacing any attendees.
